As an integral member of the EMEA media team, the Media Coordinator will support the seamless execution of 360 media campaigns for the French market: creative asset translation and delivery, coordination of media plans and communications with the wider EMEA markets will be a significant part of daily responsibilities.

Media Investment Tracking: Data management and Delivery (50%)
- The first point of contact for the collection and analysis of media investment data from our media agency. Fluent in Excel, able to quickly perform functions such as Pivot tables / Pivot charts, Conditional Formatting and VLOOKUPs.
- The first point of contact between Tiffany & Co. and our media agency regarding the process for collecting and cleaning our investment data to ensure consistency and accuracy in data management.
- Daily record keeping of campaign pacing and campaign investment for feedback to media team; business critical campaign optimizations will be made regularly according to your findings.
- Aggregate post-campaign metrics in our dashboard to maintain the currency of campaign benchmarks in our media plans over time.
Print and Outdoor Media Campaign Launches: Creative asset management and Delivery (10%)
- The key liaison with our creative asset production agency, tracking and managing the asset production schedule for Print and Out of Home media channels, to ensure timely delivery of all assets to our print and outdoor media partners, including management of creative asset changes for specific OOH sites (ie CDG Airport, Le Bon Marche).
Management of curated creative gazettes for Client Advisors (10%)
- Upskilling Client Advisors to optimize their social communication tactics: assist in creation and coordination of comms guidelines for Client Advisors social and one to one client comms, in order to ensure a polished, on brand, and harmonized communication approach to their clients. Ensuring regular gazettes are delivered for key retail initiatives.
Coordination (30%)
- Attending all meetings between the TCO Media team and Media Agency, attending all meetings between the TCO EMEA Media team and our media teams around the EMEA region. Take comprehensive notes of the meeting and circulate to all stakeholders, managing the follow up of each key point / task to be done.
- Ensure that all invoices are received, accurate, registered and paid on a timely basis.
- Manage the reporting schedule by providing calendar reminders, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Competitive analysis – monitoring our key competitors’ creative messaging and where possible – reporting on innovative media moves being taken by our competitors, with a view to understanding creative messaging trends and media innovations being pursued in the broader luxury category, and subsequent opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English / French (to the degree that translation capabilities are reliable and handled quickly)
- Passion for copy writing (French / English)
- Excellent communication skills and a flexible and friendly client management style
- Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to work under pressure
- Ability to prioritise and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Highly skilled with Excel is essential
- Highly skilled with Powerpoint is essential
