Position Description:

Reporting to the General Management and working cross-functionally with the Sales Director, you will be a technical expert responsible for structuring and developing the product offering, conducting technological and competitive intelligence, and supporting the sales team with tools and training. You will also lead innovation and develop new product families to ensure the company's competitiveness.

Operational Missions:
  1. Product Monitoring and Innovation
    • Conduct technological and market intelligence on electrical equipment.
    • Identify industry trends and new product families to integrate.
    • Evaluate and recommend innovations aligned with customer needs and brand developments.
  2. Product Offering Development and Management
    • Develop and optimize the product range in line with commercial strategy.
    • Define product lines and promotional strategies.
    • Manage product lifecycle and market performance.
  3. Technical Support and Sales Tools
    • Create and update technical materials (catalogs, datasheets, sales arguments, user guides).
    • Develop sales support tools and educational resources for sales teams.
    • Assist sales teams in product understanding and promotion.
  4. Team and Technical Support Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of product managers and technicians.
    • Set objectives and monitor progress, ensuring alignment with overall strategy.
    • Coordinate tasks and foster skill development within the team.
Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's to Master's degree in electrical engineering, marketing, or product management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role (product management, marketing, technological monitoring).

Deep knowledge of the electrical equipment market, including EV charging (IRVE) or photovoltaic sectors, and awareness of industry trends.
