Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Team Leader (H/F) will manage operational teams (around 40 people).

The main responsibilities include:

1. Fostering teamwork and employee well-being, ensuring a safe working environment
2. Organizing work for the logistics team, ensuring processes are implemented and goals are met
3. Motivating and developing operators, managing skills, versatility, and rotations, evaluating employees, and setting objectives
4. Proposing continuous improvement initiatives and contributing to concrete actions
5. Proactively solving problems, sharing knowledge and best practices, and implementing corrective actions when objectives are not met
6. Maintaining activity dashboards and regularly sharing key indicators with management
7. Participating in cost and resource management
8. Supporting the implementation of factory strategies and objectives
9. Supporting company projects, such as new standards or production processes
