Le candidat idéal aura un Master en ingénierie, 10 ans d'expérience, dont 3 dans le domaine nucléaire, et sera capable de gérer des équipes tout en favorisant un environnement de travail inclusif. Ce poste offre la chance de travailler avec des équipes mondiales sur des projets innovants pour des clients internationaux.

Roles and Responsibilities

As a team leader, you will:

  • Ensure safety (including psychological safety), quality, delivery, and costs for our internal and external clients within your responsibility area.
  • Be aware of nuclear safety and its implications on design and engineering practices. Ensure all team members are informed and trained to meet nuclear safety standards (notably ISO 19443 and IEC 61513).
  • Anticipate and define resource needs in line with management strategies to maintain and develop a high-performing engineering team.
  • Set priorities and be responsible for identifying overcapacities and undercapacities, implementing necessary actions.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for relevant projects and report at the discipline level.
  • Establish a work rhythm with the team to review project progress, KPIs, and risks, and ensure proper escalation of issues.
  • Coordinate with other Operational and Control team leaders.
  • Supervise the Performance and Growth (PPG) process, including developing and assessing employee performance, setting objectives, and supporting their development plans.

Specifically for operational and control engineers management:

  • Ensure engineers understand and align with their activity scope, from project launch to site commissioning, coordinating quality, cost, and schedule aspects, including technical coordination, reporting, interface management, and technical support to project managers.
  • Foster a community among operational and control engineers by regularly reviewing issues, sharing experiences, and implementing best practices and tools.

In terms of bid coordination:

  • Coordinate discipline phases for operational and control offers.
  • Contribute to deploying catalogs for coherent and effective offers.
  • Gather feedback from project execution to improve offer estimates.
  • Guide and support engineers involved in bids, including client discussions.
Required Qualifications
  • Master’s degree in mechanical and/or automation engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge in process engineering, control-command, and electronics.
  • Training in nuclear safety culture.
  • Minimum 10 years of professional engineering experience, including at least 3 years in the nuclear field.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Significant project management experience.
  • Skills in change management and transformation.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and rigorously toward goals.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels.
  • Ability to delegate and supervise effectively.
  • Encourage creativity and team spirit.
  • Effective planning, organizing, and coordinating skills.
  • Adaptability to a rapidly evolving technical environment.
Desired Qualities
  • Experience with steam turbines and control system design.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification.
  • Knowledge of nuclear plant operation and control, including nuclear safety standards (RCC-E, CEI series).
