We are seeking a Senior Application Manager / Proxy Product Owner Data to lead the overhaul and evolution of Big Data applications within the Digital Department of a major client in Paris, as part of a strategic Data project.

Responsibilities include:
- Supporting the redesign of a Data application and advocating for business vision with technical teams.
- Acting as the reference for Big Data applications in the IS for business units.
- Gathering and analyzing needs, conducting feasibility studies with business leaders.
- Organizing Agile meetings, project committees, steering committees, and portfolio reviews.
- Prioritizing and coordinating implementation phases, maintenance, and decision-making.
- Managing budgets and application support.
- Monitoring performance, corrective maintenance, and organizing technical acceptance.
- Collaborating closely with internal services (production, integration, architecture, security, urban planning...).

Technical environment:
- Data Bases: SQL, PostgreSQL (PaaS), data modeling.
- Container management systems (Kubernetes...).
- Deployment tools: Jenkins, Ansible, Helm.
- Agile methodologies.

Profile:
- Minimum 7 years experience in a similar role (Application Manager, PO Data, Lead Data).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand business issues and translate them into technical solutions.
- Mastery of Big Data architectures and Microsoft Azure Data environments.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
