Job overview

This position offers long-term prospects, balancing personal and professional life:

  • Based in Toulouse, easily accessible by public transport at Place de Pierre
  • Permanent contract available based on your availability
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm, no work on Saturdays
  • Flexible hours: 35h, 37.5h, or 40h as per employee choice

Responsibilities of recruitment officers:

  • Conduct pre-selection interviews via phone
  • Recruit nannies face-to-face
  • Match nannies with suitable assignments via phone or post-interview
  • Support nannies throughout their missions by phone
  • Foster loyalty among nannies

Your goal is to enrich the agency's pool of nannies. To achieve this, you should:

  • Be operational as a recruitment officer for at least 80% of your time
  • Manage your agency by analyzing indicators, organizing recruitment, and supervising your recruitment team
  • Lead training sessions for recruitment staff
  • Provide regular reports to your agency manager

Qualifications:

You are bilingual in English and French. Holding a Bac+2 degree, you seek a rewarding role. You want to grow within a human-sized organization that values skill development and internal promotion.
