Joining NGE ES means becoming part of a booming activity within the NGE group. As we expand our electrical network services—both aerial and underground—we are looking for a Business Manager.
This position covers the entire Gironde department (33).
Reporting directly to the Branch Director, you will manage your sector comprehensively. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading site managers, worksite supervisors, team leaders, and workers
2. Managing the acquisition of new contracts
3. Overseeing the execution of various types of work
4. Monitoring budget, cash flow, and project profitability
5. Organizing operational implementation of projects while respecting deadlines and schedules
6. Maintaining and developing client and project owner relationships
7. Ensuring compliance with Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards (QSE)

We are seeking an electrical engineering graduate with at least 3 years of successful experience, or over 5 years in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in management, planning, organization, and technical and financial project oversight. Experience in the industrial sector outside nuclear would be an additional asset.
You enjoy teamwork, are rigorous, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have an interest in commercial activities.
