Position

Are you interested in joining a dynamic, growing project team in a high-stakes sector?

As a Business Manager, reporting to the Customer Service Leader Pumps and Auxiliary Turbines (CSL), you will be responsible for contract execution in the maintenance of pumps and auxiliary turbines on-site. You will coordinate departments involved in fulfilling safety, quality, schedule, and cost obligations to clients, and under the supervision of the CSL, manage client relationships. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Leading site preparation;
  2. Executing project strategies aligned with safety, quality, schedule, and cost requirements;
  3. Developing and maintaining quality relationships with clients and team members;
  4. Implementing and participating in internal and client routines;
  5. Organizing and coordinating logistics planning (resources, parts, tools, documentation) within deadlines;
  6. Updating and monitoring internal management tools for contract execution;
  7. Contributing to the timely delivery of components and equipment according to contractual commitments;
  8. Monitoring financial aspects: internal reporting, cost tracking, invoicing milestones, and margin;
  9. Optimizing costs and schedules;
  10. Managing contractual aspects of projects;
  11. Performing site visits as needed;
  12. Supporting the site team for smooth operations;
  13. Managing schedules and follow-up actions.
Candidate Profile

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Engineering degree or equivalent with nuclear industry experience;
  • Project management experience, especially in contractual, financial, and client relations aspects, is highly valued;
  • Knowledge of on-site service or maintenance activities is a plus;
  • Strong organizational skills and rigor;
  • Good interpersonal skills, fluent communication, facilitative attitude;
  • Ability to work in a matrix organization.
