Qualifications

• Au moins 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
• Expérience dans les secteurs de l'électricité, des travaux publics, et des infrastructures.
• Capacité à organiser et exécuter des projets efficacement.

Responsabilités

• Fidéliser les clients et développer le portefeuille.
• Préparer des prévisions budgétaires et rapports d'activité.
• Gérer et soutenir une équipe d'environ dix personnes.

Position: CDI based in Borgo

Your mission includes:

• Fostering client loyalty and developing your portfolio: electrification syndicats, Enedis, local authorities, developers
• Preparing budget forecasts and end-of-business reports, ensuring financial targets are met: average annual turnover of 2 to 3M.
• Monitoring financial evolution of your projects: invoicing, reporting activities;
• Participating in bid estimation and analysis of specifications;
• Contributing to the technical proposal during tender processes;
• Proposing development axes for the activity;
• Managing and supporting a team of about ten people (field staff, design office, management);
• Leading site meetings and maintaining close client relationships;
• Communicating company strategy and policies to your teams and securing their engagement;
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards on-site.

Your profile:

At least 3 years in a similar role.

You have a technical background in electricity and proven experience in electricity, public works, infrastructure, energy, and dry networks sectors.

You are well-organized, ensuring smooth project execution.

Your analytical skills, relational ability, proactivity, and conviction help you motivate your teams and clients around your objectives.
