MISSIONS

UNDER THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE ACTIVITY / DEPARTMENT MANAGER, AGENCY MANAGER / DIRECTOR, OPERATIONS MANAGER / DIRECTOR :

  1. Ensure client relations: maintain the existing client portfolio and secure the loyalty of new clients during business projects.
  2. Expand your client portfolio.
  3. Propose and negotiate technical and economic variants.
  4. Represent the company within the limits of your delegated powers.
  5. Help establish technical / commercial bids (for small, local business projects).

Contractual management component

  1. Become familiar with all technical and administrative contractual documents and service limits.
  2. Manage the contract: monitoring of contractual deadlines, issuing formalized reservations, traceability of events.

Business project and team management component

  1. Ensure compliance with security rules within your delegated powers.
  2. Analyze accidents, incidents, and risks; define appropriate preventive measures.
  3. Prepare and implement the QHSE (preventive, corrective) action plan.
  4. Coordinate the steps in the life of the business project (studies, purchases, reviews, and acceptance) in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  5. Guarantee and manage the execution of one or more business projects in their entirety, ensuring compliance with ethical rules, security, cost, quality, and lead times.
  6. Determine the implementation budget in agreement with your superiors: labor, purchasing, miscellaneous costs, equipment, subcontracting, studies, margin, etc.
  7. Establish schedules and manage the building site’s productivity targets.
  8. Organize and schedule technical and human resources.
  9. Oversee the execution of works with the building site’s management team.
  10. Manage the teams effectively.
  11. Ensure monthly reporting on direct costs, revenues, and margins against set targets.
  12. Estimate costs of additional and complementary works.
  13. Issue invoicing requests and monitor remittances to optimize cash flow.
  14. Assist in establishing estimated budgets within your scope.
