Job Responsibilities
- Ensure client relations: maintain the existing client portfolio and secure the loyalty of new clients during business projects.
- Expand your client portfolio.
- Propose and negotiate technical and economic variants.
- Represent the company within the limits of your delegated powers.
- Help establish technical and commercial bids for small, local business projects, including contractual management components.
- Become familiar with all technical and administrative contractual documents and service limits.
- Manage the contract: monitor contractual deadlines, issue formal reservations, and ensure traceability of events.
- Ensure compliance with security rules within your delegated scope.
- Analyze accidents, incidents, and risks; define appropriate preventive measures.
- Prepare and implement the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) action plan.
- Coordinate all phases of the business project (studies, purchases, reviews, acceptance) in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
- Guarantee and manage the execution of one or more business projects, ensuring adherence to ethical, security, cost, quality, and time requirements.
- Determine the implementation budget in agreement with your superiors, including labor, purchasing, equipment, subcontracting, studies, and margins.
- Establish schedules and manage productivity targets on the building site.
- Organize and schedule technical and human resources.
- Oversee the execution of works with the building site management team.
- Manage teams and oversee cash flow components.
- Ensure monthly reporting on direct costs, revenues, and margins against targets.
- Estimate costs for additional and complementary works.
- Issue invoicing requests and monitor payments to optimize cash flow.
- Assist in establishing estimated budgets within your scope.
Job Requirements
Required Level of Education: 2-5 years of higher education.
Educational Subjects: General / Technical.
Work Environment
Internal: Journeymen, team leaders, site supervisors, works supervisors, business managers, activity/department managers, engineering office managers, management, support functions, all employees within your scope.
External: Design consultants, clients, suppliers, subcontractors, different building trades, engineering office, BCT (French Central Bureau of Pricing), HSE Coordinator.
