Job Description:

The CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) for LVMH Holding is responsible for cybersecurity within the Holding's scope of the LVMH Group. The CISO Holding reports to the Group CISO and relies on cybersecurity services and solutions provided by the Group to all its entities. The role involves adapting and deploying global cybersecurity policies, measures, solutions, and services tailored to the specific context of the Holding, considering its activities, organization, and information systems. The CISO works closely with the Holding's CIO to align cybersecurity posture with the Holding's needs.

The main missions include analyzing business risks, identifying key processes, assets, and suppliers, ensuring regulatory compliance, implementing security policies, managing security audits, monitoring security practices, defining a multi-year cybersecurity roadmap, and promoting cybersecurity awareness across teams. The CISO also advises departments on security, integrates security into new projects, manages security incidents, and oversees identity and access management.

Qualifications include a higher education in engineering, preferably with a specialization in cybersecurity, and approximately ten years of successful experience in cybersecurity management. The candidate should have technical expertise, knowledge of standards and regulations, project management skills, and the ability to communicate security concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. The role requires autonomy, pragmatism, rigor, and integrity.
