Qualifications

Remain 100% independent with the status of a commercial agent. You set the rental policy (rent, arrangements, etc.) and produce photo/video reports. Using LODGIS's digital tools, delegate the entire marketing process from A to Z (mandate signing, online listing, tenant search and selection, contractualization, rent collection). You are responsible for day-to-day property management (visits, keys & property condition reports, deposit refunds, client support). You oversee technical management and maintenance of properties (cleaning, repairs, contractor follow-ups, boiler and insurance contracts). LODGIS supports you daily in your activity and portfolio development, helping you find properties and manage your rental management business. We provide tools and expertise to become an expert in furnished rental management. If you have prior experience in property management, especially in an agency or hospitality, or have started your own property management activity, this is advantageous.
