Job Description:

Happy Recrutement is recruiting on behalf of a national group specializing in the reception and accommodation of elderly people, headquartered in Orange, Vaucluse. The group has 24 establishments across the territory.

Under the responsibility of the Administrative and Financial Manager, and as part of a team of 9 people, your main missions will include:

In accounting and taxation:

• Managing, leading, and coordinating a team of 5 accountants,
• Ensuring compliance with accounting procedures and tax regulations within deadlines,
• Reviewing accounts up to the preparation of annual accounts and tax packages, and participating in audits by statutory auditors,
• Calculating and declaring taxes,
• Ensuring monthly reporting.

In information systems:

• Participating in projects to optimize accounting, invoicing, and reporting tools,
• Proposing and implementing solutions to streamline accounting organization, aiming to reduce the time for producing monthly and annual accounts (digitalization).

Knowledge of the healthcare and medico-social sector, as well as proficiency in SAGE accounting software (Ligne 100), SAP BFC (reporting, consolidation), and Cegid Tax Ultimate (annual accounts, tax packages – tax consolidation), will be valuable assets.

Candidate Profile:

With a higher education in finance/accounting (BTS, DCG…), you have 3 to 5 years of experience, gained in an accounting firm or as a Responsible Accountant in a multi-company or multi-site environment.

You are recognized for your rigor, analytical skills, adaptability, professionalism, and discretion. Team spirit and organizational skills are essential qualities for this position.

Remuneration:

36,000 to 42,000 euros gross annually, depending on experience and profile.
