Le poste inclut la supervision des processus de comptabilité, la gestion des relations avec des partenaires externes et la participation à des projets d'harmonisation. Vous serez amené à collaborer avec des équipes opérationnelles et à gérer des cas complexes, offrant ainsi un rôle clé dans l'organisation.

Qualifications

• 10 ans d'expérience professionnelle en comptabilité.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais (B2/C1).
• Expérience dans la gestion de la comptabilité immobilière.

Responsabilités

• Assurer la performance et la conformité des informations financières.
• Gérer les relations avec les cabinets comptables externes.
• Superviser les rapports mensuels et trimestriels.

Position: Property Management Accounting Supervisor

Under the responsibility of the Property Management Director, you will be in charge of overseeing the Property Accounting service (real estate leasing management).

As part of a replacement, you will be involved in the following missions around the following axes:

Responsibilities

• Ensure the performance and compliance of financial and accounting information: accounting, invoicing, payments;
• Ensure the evolution and implementation of accounting procedures in compliance with current legislation;
• Participate in the animation and supervision of the service, ensuring coherence in the organization of different missions;
• Manage the accounting of buildings in collaboration with the Management Service;
• Support change management: define accounting schemas, analyze impacts of system data transfers, and actively involve with the MOA;
• Monitor treasury operations, receipts, and expenses;
• Supervise monthly and quarterly reporting for group reporting needs;
• Manage relationships with external accounting firms for outsourced accounting;
• Internal relations: operational (leasing management, technical management), management control, legal, tax;
• Participate in various projects for harmonization and revision of tools;
• Be the key interlocutor for auditors, statutory auditors, and tax authorities;
• Handle complex and high-stakes cases assigned to the service.

Experience

• Education: Bac +5 in accounting or DECF;
• Professional experience: more than 10 years;
• IT skills: ideally mastery of ALTAIX and SAGE;
• Language skills: English (B2/C1).
