Job Description
Relevant to the Marketing Director, the responsibilities and essential functions of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Implementing an innovative communication strategy
- Developing an editorial calendar
- Writing and distributing press releases and press kits
- Organizing press conferences and media events
- Managing social media, including strategy, benchmarking, and relations with influencers and celebrities
- Supervising interviews and media engagements
- Organizing shoots and photo sessions
- Leading press agencies and influencer collaborations
- Providing consultancy on brand identity and positioning evolution
- Developing innovative means, networks, actions, and tools to enhance company visibility and maximize communication messages
- Building a network of journalist contacts to promote media coverage (print, radio, TV, internet) during organized events
- Expanding the press and influencer database at local, national, and international levels
- Defining, implementing, and monitoring a communication action evaluation policy through reports for social media and press
- Updating promotional materials as needed
- Coordinating sponsorships and partnership contracts

Qualifications
- Fluent in French and English; Italian is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and content development skills
- Proactive and creative
- Autonomous with a team spirit
- Motivated and entrepreneurial
- Good presentation
