Responsable commercial produit soutien support (H/F) (CDI), Sartrouville

Location: Sartrouville, France

Position: At Sogitec, you will be part of the Marketing and Commercial Department as a Responsable commercial produit soutien support (H/F). Your role will be to assist the Marketing and Commercial Director in supporting product lines and developing business in support, service, and obsolescence management.

You will operate in the following areas:

1. Commercial Policy:

• Planning, managing, and coordinating projects to maintain or develop marketing strategies based on opportunities (France / Export).
• Monitoring technical-commercial activities.
• Tracking and analyzing commercial performance indicators.
• Identifying improvement opportunities with the sales team.
• Implementing and managing dashboards for commercial tracking.
• Ensuring contract process compliance.

1. Commercial Actions:

• Export customer relations.
• French institutional customer relations.
• Industrial partnerships and commercial relations.
• Prospecting activities.
• Support and management of obsolescence from a commercial perspective.

1. Commercial Affairs:

• Preparing offers.
• Organizing offer reviews.
• Negotiating contracts.
• Monitoring commercial activities.
• Providing commercial support to the Program Management during execution phases.

Workplace: Suresnes (92)

Profile: You hold a degree from a business school or a Master's (BAC+5) in technical sales or engineering, with at least 5 years of experience. An operational profile in MCO could also be relevant. You have confirmed experience in at least two of the following areas:

• MCO
• MCS
• Supply chain
• Sustainment contracts
• Fleet management

You are able to work in a team and cross-functional environment, possess good interpersonal skills, adaptability, analytical and synthesis skills, and autonomy. You are capable of understanding technical or functional issues and proposing method evolutions. You are rigorous and organized, capable of optimizing commercial activity analysis and managing priorities. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
