Objective of the Capital Equipment Specialist: to develop our MS in capital Laser in collaboration with RSM and AM across the territory.

The specialist will be responsible for sales, trials, and installation of the capital equipment, while developing relationships with KOLs and hospital administration to secure budgets for acquisition and associated maintenance contracts.

They will also develop education and training programs for physicians and hospital staff on the capital equipment.

They are responsible for achieving sales targets for capital equipment and maintenance contracts.

• Maintain industry, competition, healthcare, and economic trend monitoring, adjusting plans as necessary to reflect market conditions.
• Identify new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies and activities, and identify KOLs.
• Differentiating from competitors with strong negotiation skills.
• Ensure training of physicians and hospital staff on our lasers.
• Maintain contact with key accounts and relationships.
• Work closely with sales teams/RSMs to develop and maintain relationships with buyers.
• Train local sales teams.
• Collaborate with HEMA to overcome obstacles in accounts.
• Work transversally with AM/RSM/KAM teams.

You will report to the Capital, Commercial Contracting Manager.
