Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Senior Sales professional to lead surgical device sales across defined territories, building strong relationships with surgeons, IBODE teams, pharmacists and hospital directors. You will promote advanced surgical technologies and work with marketing to drive clinical adoption.

The role requires experience in medical devices, strategic account planning, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Sales or business/engineering degree required.
• Experience in medical devices or healthcare sales preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel/PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and establish strong relationships with health-sector clients.
• Promote clinical benefits of solutions using marketing support.
• Identify decision-makers and engage KOLs for product promotion.
• Analyze client environment and map decision processes.
• Plan and execute strategic account plans and targeted calls.
• Oversee product launches and respond to pricing requests and tenders.
