Position: Social and Compensation Control Manager (HRIS & Group Compensation)

Context: In a setting of international transformation projects across 23 countries with 9,200 employees, this role oversees compensation, HR reporting, social indicators, and HR systems optimization (notably Workday).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement compensation and benefits policies for France and internationally.
• Manage the Workday Advanced Compensation module (deployment planned for 2026).
• Lead salary review campaigns and variable pay processes.
• Support HR and managers on compensation schemes.
• Conduct market analyses, benchmarking, and regulatory monitoring (including EU salary transparency directives).
• Monitor international mobility schemes and participate in job evaluations (using HAY method).
• Create HR dashboards and social indicators (headcount, payroll, absenteeism).
• Assist business units and finance in payroll analysis and provisions.
• Participate in HRIS evolution projects (Workday, ADP Payroll) and data quality improvements.

Candidate Profile:

• Master's degree in HR, finance, or management.
• Proven experience in compensation, social management control, and HRIS within an international environment.
• Strong skills in data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI), HRIS, and modeling.
• Fluent in English.
• Rigorous, analytical, leadership qualities, and good interpersonal skills.
