Job summary

Pierre Fabre Laboratories in France seeks a senior QA/Validation Lead to define and govern validation plans for equipment, processes and IT systems across our production sites. You will approve master plans, drive qualification activities and ensure systems remain qualified.

Bring 5+ years of QA/validation experience in the pharmaceutical industry, strong leadership, and the ability to implement compliant validation strategies that support product quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of QA/validation experience in pharma production.
• Experience with qualification/validation and CSV.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define validation master plans for equipment, processes and IT systems.
• Steer qualification/validation to keep systems in valid state.
• Schedule qualifications/validation activities and oversee execution.
• Lead and develop the QA/validation team.

Your mission

• Define process validation (goods and services), IT application and equipment qualification plans and control their implementation - Approve the validation master plans and participate in the Validation Committee.
• Steer the qualification/validation process for equipment, process, premises and utilities and ensure these remain qualified.
• Schedule the qualifications & validation within his/her scope of activity, oversee and/or assist with their execution.
• Lead and supervise the team. Develop skills and manage performance, both individually and collectively.

Who you are ?

• Vos compétences au service de projets novateurs Bac +5 en sciences pharmaceutiques, chimie, ingénierie ou domaine connexe.
• Expérience AQ de plus de 5 ans en site de production du domaine pharmaceutique.
• Expérience significative en qualification/validation, incluant la validation des systèmes informatisés.
• Management d'équipe.
