Descripción del empleo

Job Summary:

As a key member of the Massy factory leadership team, you will drive the procurement strategy and execution for the site. Leading a dedicated team of six, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 17,000 annual purchase order lines across a global panel of 180 suppliers. Your mission is pivotal to supporting the launch of our new high-growth product line. You will spearhead a strategic shift in our procurement approach, successfully integrating 'serial production' processes for new products while maintaining excellence in our legacy 'project-based' activities. As the primary guarantor of operational performance and supply chain reliability, you will oversee the site’s production ramp-up, while actively mentoring your team to elevate our daily performance standards and procurement maturity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchase Execution & Contractual Performance: Drive flawless execution based on SQDC principles (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost): timely PO placement, shipping and quality inspection scheduling and change management. Collaborate closely with Project, Production, Sourcing, Engineering, and Logistics teams.
  • Cost & Spend Governance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies and Delegation of Authority (DOA). Lead cost reduction initiatives during the Order-to-Remittance (OTR) phase to improve margins. Coordinate with Finance regarding commitments and cash-out.
  • Supplier Performance & Quality: Coordinate supplier qualification and inspection with Supplier Quality and Sourcing. Drive SQDC corrective action plans, manage NCRs, and handle claim recovery. Contribute to supplier panel rationalization and conduct performance reviews with strategic suppliers.
  • S&OP & Demand Management: Implement demand-driven S&OP processes to improve forecast accuracy, manage long-lead-time components, and align supply plans with the commercial pipeline.
  • P2P Process & ERP Compliance: Drive the Procure-to-Pay process (target ≥ 75% automated invoice approval) and maintain rigorous control of ERP parameters to ensure data integrity and alignment with supplier information.
  • KPI Management: Define and report on procurement KPIs: cOTD/sOTD, COPQ (Cost of Poor Quality), and CRI (Cost Reduction Initiative) in collaboration with the Strategic Sourcing team.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Manage and develop a team of 6 FTEs. Foster a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure the team's professional development to handle both project and serial production environments.
Profile :
  • Education: Master’s degree in engineering, Economics, Management, or Supply Chain (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience: Minimum 8 years in industrial Sourcing/Procurement (Automotive and/or Aeronautical background strongly preferred).
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in both "serial" and "project" manufacturing environments is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Deep expertise in SAP (or similar ERP), strong Lean/Six Sigma culture, and data analytics skills (Power BI).
  • Leadership: Charismatic leader capable of driving change, mentoring teams, and demonstrating resilience in a fast-paced industrial ramp-up context.
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English.
