Responsibilities:

1. Develop and deploy IT procurement strategies covering infrastructures, hardware, software, cloud, cybersecurity, telecommunications, and IT services.
2. Manage a team of 3 buyers and 1 contract manager, ensuring professional development and goal achievement.
3. Lead procurement processes including RFPs, RFIs, contract negotiations, and supplier management.
4. Optimize costs through savings initiatives and renegotiation of existing contracts.
5. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements, managing procurement risks.
6. Collaborate with business units to define technical needs and propose innovative solutions.
7. Coordinate with the Group Procurement Department to align practices and objectives.

Candidate Profile:

• Master's degree (engineering, business, or university) with a specialization in Procurement or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT procurement across all technology domains.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency with procurement tools, RFP processes, and complex negotiation techniques.
• Key skills: Leadership, initiative, stakeholder engagement, analytical rigor.
• Attributes: Autonomous, adaptable, and highly organized in a dynamic environment.
