Position: HR Manager - Vic-sur-Aisne

As a member of the CODIR RH France, you will oversee all HR activities at the Vic-sur-Aisne site (approximately 140 employees). You will report hierarchically to the HR Director France and functionally to the plant manager.

In coordination with the global HR function covering your scope, your responsibilities will include:

Business Partnership

• Ensure HR and social policies align with the site's business objectives
• Coordinate and ensure deployment of HR tools, campaigns, and events at the site
• Implement and monitor company agreements and internal labor regulations
• Develop a Business Partner relationship with the site Director and management, providing operational and close HR support

People and Organization Management

• Advise and coach on change management and support implementation
• Ensure staffing needs are met in collaboration with recruitment and Talent Acquisition teams
• Identify and coordinate skills development initiatives for individuals and teams

Social Relations Management

• Lead employee representative bodies on site
• Maintain a positive social climate, enhance employee engagement, and implement related action plans
• Ensure quality social relations, communication strategies, and HR policy development and implementation
• Support management in managing individual and collective relations

Performance Management

• Analyze and monitor HR performance indicators at the site
• Propose and implement organizational changes to optimize ROI
• Foster performance at individual and collective levels using dedicated tools

Change Management

• Support all direct and indirect changes and transformations at the site
• Assist teams and individuals to ensure successful change adoption

Note: Some travel and on-call duties may be required.
