aparto is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to deliver a warm, professional front-of-house experience for residents, prospective residents and visitors. The role covers customer service, leasing support, administration and community engagement within a student housing environment.

You will handle enquiries across reception, phone and email, support viewings and the leasing journey, and help maintain a safe, welcoming community while contributing to commercial performance.

Competenze

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Comfortable using IT systems and digital communication tools.
• Friendly, approachable and proactive in interactions.

Mansioni

• Provide warm, welcoming front-of-house service for residents and visitors.
