Job Description

A part-time opportunity offering 2-3 days per week.

Be the first point of contact for our guests. With your passion for high-end hospitality and keen eye for detail, demonstrate a luxury attitude in all interactions. Take initiative to find memorable ways to engage with guests, and use your creativity to deliver heartfelt service.

Ensure our guests' experiences begin in a refined and personal way through excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Accurately and efficiently receive and process guest reservations, respond promptly to inquiries, and promote the hotel services with a knowledgeable approach.

Qualifications

Bring your luxury attitude, humble excellence, distinguished presence, and emotional intelligence. Your pride and passion will be complemented by:

• Previous reservations or front office experience in a five-star luxury environment;
• Knowledge of Opera or other booking systems;
• A passion for high-end hospitality with an eye for detail;
• Excellent listening and communication skills to build warm relationships;
• Flexibility to meet hotel rostering needs, including weekends and public holidays.
