Hotel Sax Paris (5) is assembling its opening team and is looking for a future Reservation Agent.
The Hotel Reservation Agent is responsible for managing bookings for both individual and group clients, ensuring high-quality customer service. The role involves maximizing the hotel's occupancy rate while optimizing revenue.
Responsibilities:
Reservation Management:
Receive and process booking requests (direct, phone, email, website, online booking platforms).
Enter reservations into the hotel's management system (PMS).
Ensure the accuracy of client information (dates, number of people, preferences).
Modify or cancel reservations according to client requests.
Guest Relations:
Respond to client inquiries regarding rates, special offers, hotel services, and booking conditions.
Provide courteous and professional telephone reception.
Offer solutions to special requests (upgrades, additional services).
Ensure guest satisfaction before arrival.
Sales Optimization:
Promote the hotel's offers and packages.
Suggest additional services at the time of booking (breakfast, spa, transfers).
Contribute to increasing the conversion rate of booking inquiries into confirmed sales.
Interdepartmental Collaboration:
Communicate specific client needs to the relevant teams (reception, food and beverage, housekeeping).
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Provide booking forecasts and occupancy rates to management.
