Main Responsibilities
Project Overview:
Lead a research project investigating the connection between genetically induced autophagy deficiency and exposure to bio-persistent environmental factors in the development of neurodevelopmental disorders.
Experimental work will be conducted using a rodent model in collaboration with a partner research team.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and implement experimental protocols in cellular and molecular biology and behavioral sciences.
Apply a range of laboratory techniques including microscopy, immunohistochemistry (IHC), cytokine assays, and behavioral testing.
Analyze and interpret experimental data; write and disseminate results through scientific channels.
Ensure compliance with animal research regulations throughout the project.
Procure technical and IT equipment necessary for conducting analyses.
Additional Tasks:
Conduct literature reviews and stay updated on current research in relevant fields.
Participate in scientific discussions and contribute to the overall progress of the project.
