INSERM's BRIC unit seeks a Research Engineer to advance mammary organoid culture and spatial transcriptomics analysis. The candidate will join Team 7 and contribute to experimental work and bioinformatic analyses within a dynamic cancer biology environment.

The role requires strong molecular biology and bioinformatics skills, with a fixed-term contract starting December 2026, and a strict on-site work arrangement in France.

Qualifications

• Master degree or equivalent in Biological sciences or related field.
• Strong background in molecular and cellular biology and bioinformatics.
• Experience with organoid culture, sequencing data analysis, and statistics.

Responsabilités

• Mammary organoid culture in Clevers medium and bioinformatic analysis of spatial transcriptomics data.
• Cell aggregation and seeding of organoids in 3D systems.
• Perform data analysis using R/Bioconductor and Python; apply statistical models.
