The Tumor Dynamics and Plasticity group at Institut Gustave Roussy (Villejuif, Paris) seeks a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher with a PhD in quantitative biology or bioinformatics. You will develop multidisciplinary research bridging tissue mechanics and transcriptomics, building pipelines to combine organoid force measurements with spatial omics.

Ideally, you will have wet- and dry-lab interest; wet-lab experience is not required.

Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent required.
• Experience in quantitative biology and bioinformatic analysis preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop pipelines to combine organoid force measurements with spatial omics.
• Bridge tissue mechanics and transcriptomics across wet- and dry-lab approaches.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to study tumor dynamics and plasticity.
