Your role:

As a Research Engineer in the Quality & Product Department, you will lead projects impacting product quality and contribute to ArcelorMittal’s digital transformation. You will collaborate with R&D teams, quality experts, and IT specialists to:

• Lead global deployments of digital solutions for product quality management in various plants worldwide, ensuring high standards of quality and performance.
• Support plant quality managers in using and tuning our solutions for optimal, automatic, and rapid quality decisions.
• Develop models to predict product properties using the extensive data from deployed solutions, aiding in quick resolution of quality issues and improvement of product management.
• Contribute to developing new digital services based on customer insights, driving innovation and excellence.
• Guide development initiatives by collaborating with cross-functional teams to evolve solutions, support new products, or integrate sensors, translating feedback into strategic actions.

Your profile:

• Master’s degree (engineering, quality management)
• Experience in quality management, preferably in industry or R&D sectors
• Knowledge of instrumentation, information systems, and data science
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and logical skills
