Description du poste

Customer Relationship Management
  1. Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and proactive on-site communication (callout ETA, job performed, etc.).
  2. Provide accurate, real-time reporting of work performed at the equipment level to ensure data accuracy in e-Optimum and customer notifications.
  3. Maintain excellent relationships with customers, on-site contact persons, and end-users by demonstrating an ambassador attitude.
  4. Ensure equipment safety and optimal performance.
  5. Manage the site environment during service operations.
  6. Identify site risks and communicate them to the supervisor.
  7. Take immediate action in high-risk situations and follow escalation procedures.
  8. Identify unplanned service repairs based on equipment needs, seek approval from the on-site contact if outside the contract scope, and perform repairs.
Service Operations
  1. Prioritize end-user and site safety.
  2. Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety and maintenance instructions.
  3. Execute service visits (planned maintenance, callouts, repairs) according to schedule, quality standards, and processes.
  4. Plan workload effectively in coordination with the service supervisor.
  5. Report sales leads to the supervisor.
  6. Provide precise and timely reporting of work completed.
  7. Submit timesheets accurately based on work executed.
  8. Manage proximity stock, including inventory and transfers, and identify spare part needs.
  9. Maintain service tools, van, and instruments in safe and good condition.
  10. Contribute to product, method, and safety improvements through feedback to PCM and supervisors.
Leadership / People Management
  1. Regularly update the supervisor on relevant information.
  2. Familiarize with all aspects of lift technology and attend required training.
  3. Assist in training or coaching colleagues as needed.
