Core Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as primary customer contact, providing premium concierge-level service to travelers from start to finish.
  2. Respond to telephone, email inquiries, and online travel submissions in a timely fashion.
  3. Research and book Domestic and International travel packages including air, hotel, tours, and ground transportation.
  4. Work directly with top suppliers like Expedia, Universal Studios, Princess Cruises, Avis, Delta, etc.
  5. Become familiar with multiple web-based booking engines and travel resources.
  6. Pricing and cost calculations for changes or added trip fees.
  7. Provide e-tickets and take credit card payments over the phone.

Travel Planning and Sales:

  1. Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
  2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide advice on suitable destinations, transportation modes, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.

Qualifications:

  1. No experience necessary; we will train.
  2. Exceptional customer service abilities.
  3. Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Strong organization with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.

Customer Communication:

  2. Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, offer assistance, and ensure a smooth travel experience.

Booking and Financial Transactions:

  1. Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and handle payment/fees.
  2. Use promotional techniques and prepare materials to sell itinerary tour packages.

Issue Resolution:

  1. Address and resolve problems, complaints, or refund requests promptly.
  2. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective conflict resolution.

Industry Knowledge and Networking:

  1. Attend seminars to stay updated with tourism trends.
  2. Build and maintain a network with tour operators to enhance service offerings.

Skills:

  1. Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus.
  2. Strong sales skills and commercial awareness.
  3. Effective interpersonal and negotiation skills.
