Niederwieser Group, a family-owned packaging specialist with operations in Europe, is seeking an Area Sales Representative for France. This home-based role covers Central France, North-West or North-East regions, focusing on plastic packaging solutions and printed films.

You will build new and maintain existing customer relationships and achieve sales targets. We value at least 3 years in B2B sales, fluency in French and English, willingness to travel, and a strong passion for our products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Ability to travel within your region and work independently.
• Fluent French and professional English; Italian a plus.

Responsabilités

• Achieve short, medium, and long-term sales targets for plastic packaging solutions in your territory.
• Acquire new customers and maintain existing relationships.
• Create annual plans, manage budgets, and analyze market data for strategic decisions.
• Use CRM for visit reports, customer care, and documenting activities.
• Collect feedback and develop ideas for new sales channels and product portfolio.
• Negotiate prices and conditions with sales management and coordinate with departments for quick decisions.
