Jobgether is seeking a Technical Project Manager based in France to lead complex, high-impact technology initiatives across multiple teams and regions. This is a fully remote, full-time position that connects business strategy with technical execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Compliance, Legal, Marketing, Commercial and BI teams, driving governance, risk management and AI-enabled delivery tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• PRINCE2, PMP or Agile Practitioner certification or equivalent.
• 3–5+ years project management experience, incl. 3+ years with software teams.
• 2–3+ years in iGaming or a regulated digital environment.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Own the full lifecycle of complex, cross-functional projects within time, scope and budget.
• Lead strategic initiatives including market entries, platform enhancements and product launches.
• Coordinate dependencies and deliverables across departments for effective execution.
• Translate strategic objectives into structured project plans and roadmaps for senior stakeholders.
• Support roadmap prioritisation by assessing feasibility, impact and risks.
• Mentor junior project managers and improve management standards and processes.
