MyEdSpace is a remote-first education technology platform connecting top teachers with students worldwide. We’re backed by $15m Series A and are growing fast, seeking a Tech Lead to shape architecture, mentor engineers, and drive impact across the stack.

You’ll lead a globally distributed team, collaborate with product and design, and foster high-performance practices in a cloud-native, AI-powered environment using AWS, Docker, and modern front-end tech.

Qualifications

• Senior engineering experience in product-led, fast-paced environments.
• Strong software architecture skills—API-first, modular design.
• Experience with AI tools and LLMs in real projects.
• Deep backend expertise with frontend familiarity (React).
• Fluent in Agile and Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of engineers.
• Set the bar for technical excellence across architecture and CI/CD.
• Drive a DevOps mindset from design to deployment.
• Architect and deliver scalable, maintainable systems.
