Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership as a Salesforce Technical Lead, designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions.
• Guide and oversee Salesforce solutions, lead technical workshops, and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Develop Salesforce solutions using declarative configuration, Apex, Lightning components, and APIs, ensuring security and scalability.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support system problem resolution.
• Mentor and support Salesforce administrators and developers.
• Manage releases, identify risks, and oversee integrations with external systems like MuleSoft.
• Coordinate data migration processes and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.

Experience

• Minimum 7 years of Salesforce experience, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning, APIs, and security models.
• Experience with Agile practices and integration tools like MuleSoft.
• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills in English.
