Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and expertise in designing, implementing, and managing Salesforce solutions across various business units.
• Lead technical workshops and ensure solutions align with business requirements.
• Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using best practices, including declarative configuration, Apex, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Ensure solutions are secure and scalable.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
• Support and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and developers.
• Act as a release manager for Salesforce implementations, managing risks and dependencies.
• Manage integrations with external systems using tools like MuleSoft.
• Oversee data migration processes for seamless data transition.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience with Salesforce, including at least 3 years in a technical lead or architect role.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration, Apex, Lightning components, and APIs.
• Knowledge of Agile principles and experience with MuleSoft.
• Familiarity with Salesforce security models.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect) are preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills in English.
