TELUS Digital AI Data Solutions is seeking a GenAI Multilingual Specialist — LLM/VLM Evaluation & SFT Expert to support multilingual evaluation of AI systems and data. The role focuses on quality, factual accuracy, and cultural relevance across languages, with emphasis on SFT data creation and rubric-based scoring.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent-level proficiency in at least one required language.
• Ability to evaluate content objectively and identify inconsistencies, gaps, or quality issues.
• Strong procedural discipline and ability to follow detailed project guidelines.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in remote environments.
• Experience with fact-checking and validating information using credible sources.
• Experience in freelance work, translation, writing, annotation, AI data projects is a plus.
• Prior experience with AI/ML annotation or SFT projects is strongly preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review AI-generated responses for quality, reasoning accuracy, factual correctness, and compliance with project guidelines.
• Create and evaluate multilingual SFT data to improve model performance across languages and domains.
• Analyze relationships between images and text outputs for contextual accuracy and multimodal reasoning.
• Apply rubric-based scoring and standardized evaluation rubrics.
• Verify claims using authoritative sources and cite appropriately.
• Identify ambiguous outputs and policy concerns requiring escalation or review.
• Maintain operational accuracy across high-volume evaluation workflows.
• Follow complex SOPs and quality standards consistently.
