Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Bild-Ad Designer (m/w/d) based in France to craft high-performing static ads for e-commerce brands across industries. You will combine creativity with direct-response design to drive engagement and sales on Meta platforms.

Work remotely with a small, collaborative team, experimenting with formats, AI tools, and performance insights. This 12-month contract offers around 15 hours per week, with freelance or part-time arrangements available.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in static ad design for Meta campaigns, e-commerce brands, or ad agencies.
• Solid understanding of direct-response design principles that drive engagement and sales.
• Proficiency with Photoshop, Figma, InDesign or equivalent.
• Strong visual design skills: layouts, typography, composition and storytelling.

Aufgaben

• Design eye-catching, conversion-focused static ads for Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram).
• Research target audiences to translate insights into effective visuals.
• Create varied formats: product ads, UGC-style statics, before-and-after visuals, carousels.
• Collaborate with copywriters/strategists to translate briefs into visuals; contribute ideas.
• Produce new variations by testing layouts, hooks, messaging placements, and design approaches.
• Analyze performance data and refine creatives based on insights.
• Stay updated on design trends, social formats, and creative techniques.
• Explore AI tools to improve workflows and accelerate concept development.
