IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Independent Rater (Spanish Speaking) for a remote/virtual role. The position involves reviewing rating scales, providing guidance on methodology, and supporting rater performance through mock interviews. Approximately 10–16 hours per month with flexible scheduling.

The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in psychiatric assessments, and fluency in English with native-level Spanish. Prior CNS trial experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a relevant field is required; MD/DO/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, and/or structured clinical interviews (MINI, MADRS, CAPS, PCL-5, CSSRS, CGI).
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding graduate/doctoral work).
• Experience in CNS trials preferred.

Responsabilités

• Review scales and ratings administered by raters to ensure standardized assessment practices.
• Engage in live discussions with raters to provide guidance on methodology and scoring techniques.
• Support rater performance through functional assessments (e.g., mock interviews).
• Assist with communication materials and documentation as needed.
