Joko is seeking a Software Engineer to join our remote-friendly team. You will own software design, development, deployment, and cross-team collaboration across our product and operations groups, tackling AI-powered features and scalable data challenges.

You should have 5+ years as a software engineer, operate at senior or staff level, embrace a full-stack mindset, and be fluent in English. French not required; join a fast-growing company scaling globally from Paris, with flexible remote options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, including time spent owning complex, ambitious projects end-to-end.
• Senior or staff level with responsibility for technical direction, not just execution.
• Builder’s mindset focused on impact and value for users.
• Full-stack mindset, end-to-end problem solving across layers and domains.
• Excellent communication and collaboration within a product-driven team.

Responsabilités

• Software design & development across our stack to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Technical exploration & problem-solving on challenging areas, including AI-powered features.
• Deployment & impact monitoring in collaboration with Product and Data teams.
• Technical leadership: direction, architecture decisions, mentoring, and driving hard technical discussions.
• Strategic collaboration with Product and Operations to align projects with company goals.
• Process & tool enhancement to maximize team efficiency.
