Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in strategic sourcing or procurement.
• Proven track record of cost savings through sourcing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
• Experience with e-procurement tools (SAP Ariba, Oracle).
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Remote work capability and strong organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans for key spend categories.
• Conduct market intelligence to understand supplier landscapes and cost drivers.
• Lead supplier negotiations to secure favorable pricing and terms.
• Manage RFx processes (RFI, RFP, RFQ) from sourcing to selection.
• Monitor supplier performance against contracts and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with needs.
