Job summary

Veeva in Paris is seeking a Consultant in our Commercial Business Consulting practice. You will lead end-to-end project workstreams, design and deliver client solutions, and help Life Sciences customers transform their operating models with data and software insights.

You will mentor Associate Consultants, contribute to business development, and help grow the practice. Remote-friendly, full-time, with a focus on delivering tangible results rather than slides.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting)
• Proven expertise in one or more: Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting
• Analytical rigor with strong quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required

The Role

As a Consultant in our Commercial Business Consulting practice, you won't just advise on the future of Life Sciences - you'll be building it.

We help our customers bring treatments to patients faster by fundamentally transforming their operating models, powered by the industry's most advanced technology, AI and data.

Unlike traditional firms, we move beyond "slides and theory" to deliver tangible, scalable execution that others simply cannot replicate.

What You'll Do

• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva's unique data and software insights
• Mentor and manage Associate Consultants, overseeing their work and professional development within your workstream
• Drive practice growth by contributing to business development and internal IP creation

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in one of: Go-to-Market strategy, Brand Planning, Product Launch, Omnichannel strategy, Segmentation and targeting
• Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher
