Siemens is seeking a Senior Building Automation Service Specialist to support our Chantilly, VA location. You will perform service maintenance, projects, and on-call service for building automation systems.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience performing preventive maintenance and diagnostics of building automation systems.
Experience with open protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and TCP/IP networking.
Engineering concepts, programming, checkout, and troubleshooting.
Ability to work in varied conditions including ladders, ducts, and high lifts.
Proficient with hand tools, laptop, email, smartphone, and tablet.
Verbal and written English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Execute digitalization and standard service operations strategies.
Collaborate with Service Sales, Client Service Managers, and RAM Digital Service Center.
Follow safety requirements and complete required training.
Maintain tools, test equipment, and service documentation.
Respond to after-hours on-call service and on-site repairs as needed.
Complete service tickets and preventive maintenance documentation.
