Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior ML Backend Engineer in France to build and evolve machine learning infrastructure for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.

You will collaborate with ML engineers, researchers, and software teams to move models from experimentation to production while leveraging cloud-native tech, distributed computing, and responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Experience building ML infrastructure for large-scale training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Proficient in Python and ML tooling (deep learning frameworks, experiment tracking, version control).
• Hands-on with MLOps: CI/CD, model monitoring, reproducibility, data lineage, governance, and production operations.
• Strong cloud-native, Kubernetes, distributed computing, scalable ML infrastructure.
• Understanding of AI concepts and practical use of AI tools to improve workflows.

Responsabilités

• Build scalable ML infrastructure supporting model development, training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Design reliable ML pipelines and tooling for large-scale workloads.
• Collaborate with ML researchers to transition models from prototypes to production systems.
• Develop automation, testing, observability, reproducibility, data lineage, and governance across ML environments.
• Evaluate new data sources and platforms to improve model performance and operational efficiency.
• Partner with software, product, and business stakeholders to deliver ML solutions.
• Apply AI-powered development tools to automate workflows and boost productivity.
• Ensure ML systems meet security, governance, and risk management standards.
