Qualifications
- Hands-on SAP HCM experience TM, OM and PA.
- Experience with SAP Payroll integration.
- Experience in SAP HCM implementations and support.
- Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
- Configure and support SAP HCM TM, OM and PA modules.
- Analyze HR processes and translate requirements into configurations.
- Manage employee master data and organizational structures.
- Configure work schedules, absences, attendance and quota processing.
- Support payroll-related integrations with SAP HCM PA and TM.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Conduct testing, investigate issues and implement resolutions.
- Prepare functional specs and configuration documentation.
- Coordinate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.
- Contribute to implementation, support and upgrade projects.
