Job summary

Huron Consulting Group is seeking an Associate in France to support the design and implementation of HCM solutions across core HR processes. You will participate in implementing Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors and gather business requirements through client workshops.

The role requires 2–4 years of HR transformation or SIRH experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR transformation, HRIS, HCM implementations, or business process consulting.
• Exposure to at least one HCM solution such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage assigned workstreams with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• Fluent French and English.
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of HCM solutions across key HR processes.
• Participate in the implementation of HCM platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM Cloud, or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Assist in gathering business requirements through workshops and client meetings.
• Document business processes, functional requirements, and solution designs.
• Support system configuration, testing activities, data validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations with payroll, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, and client presentation materials.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities and continuously develop HCM and consulting expertise.
