Job summary

Alan is building the next generation of Sales AI tools. You will reinvent the sales workflow, defining the right product with designers, engineers and sales teams, and push for proactive AI that helps reps.

You’ll own the roadmap, sequence high-impact automation, and work close to the engine room to understand outputs, driving faster, sharper offers and better win rates. Location: France with remote work flexibility and in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a product role, ideally with AI or agentic products.
• Genuine excitement for AI and building AI products; eager to learn LLM-based systems.
• Strong product execution, measurable goals, and sharp decision making.

Responsibilities

• Reinvent the sales workflow by moving reps from siloed AI tools to proactive, integrated AI actions.
• Build and sequence the roadmap, prioritizing high-impact automation and sequencing the path to the full vision.
• Get hands-on close to the engine room: prompts, connectors and evaluating outputs to unblock progress.
• Empower better, faster selling by aligning offers, content and market signals to produce sharper offers and accelerate pipeline.
