SeqOne is seeking a Release Manager to own release plans and schedules in a regulated SaaS context. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Bioinformatics, AI, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and Product to ensure timely, compliant releases.

The role focuses on improving release predictability, managing hotfix processes, and maintaining traceability for IVDR/ISO 13485. Fluent English and French are valued; remote work is supported.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing software releases in regulated SaaS environments.
• Proven track record of on-time releases across multi-team initiatives
• Experience in a regulated environment (MedTech, medical SaaS, IVDR, regulated fintech) strongly valued
• Experience coordinating and communicating with C-level executives and across the company
• Familiarity with risk-management standards is a plus
• Exposure to scaling a tech organization is a plus

Responsabilités

• Own release ownership, including release plans, milestones and go/no-go criteria.
• Manage release schedules and surface readiness risks across teams.
• Coordinate Emergency Release (hotfix) process with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Maintain traceability to meet IVDR and ISO 13485.
• Define and track release metrics to measure health and drive improvements.
